THE WAY HOME is non-denominational, and is open to women of any color, race or creed, who have made a commitment to do what is necessary to change their lives. We believe that 12-Step programs lead drug, alcohol and other addicted persons, along a path on a journey to a better way of life. Women in recovery will find a clean and safe place to live, one that will build a new life with a strong foundation to insure a positive and productive future. Out Patient Treatment Counseling is available.

THE WAY HOME is Christ-centered house, it provides nurturing experience to enable the development of coping and social skills needed for life in the community. THE WAY HOME requires guests to show proof of attendance at 12-Step meetings or Bible studies, have a mentor or sponsor. Our home does fellowship in AA and NA halls and clubs. The way home guest do daily devotionals.

THE WAY HOME will provide a cooperative environment that is a safe, clean and sober living arrangement for women. Where guest fulfill 12-Step program objectives, share living experience, do interactive group sessions and devotionals, all to foster improved living and coping skills.

THE WAY HOME houses will operate in a manner consistent to achieve the following goals:

  • Recognize and avoid harmful influences
  • Maintain sobriety and freedom from destructive behaviors
  • Develop positive behaviors, coping skills and society life skills
  • Understand the value of family, friends, others, and a career
  • Understand spirituality, learn to accept God and the laws of society
  • Develop health in soul, mind and body
  • Live productive and emotionally fulfilled lives
